Mission Statement

To pursue it's mission Plenty will:

Advance nutritional programs based on the introduction of soy-based protein, instruction in production and preparation of soy based diets, and the creation of an environmentally sound and sustainable diet.

Support the establishment of medical programs that encourage local control and responsibility for community health. Such solutions may include Primary Health Care training, Midwifery training, and Public Health initiatives.

Assist communities in the development and maintenance of quality water systems.

Assist communities in the application of appropriate and/or alternative technologies to encourage village self-sufficiency. Such technologies may include alternative power generation, communications, and micro enterprise initiatives.

Facilitate activities to share community experience across cultural and organizational barriers and to foster collaboration with groups and individuals who share a similar vision.
